Overcome Your Fear of Flying with Exposure Therapy

It’s true –– there are so many fear of flying courses out there at various price points. Most of those that are run by airlines will include a ‘ground course’ and will finish up with you taking an ‘experience flight’, taken with the same instructors from the first part of the course.

There are so many positives to exposure therapy and it is an incredibly powerful tool in overcoming your fear –– but taking one short flight does not equal effective exposure, but only serves to reinforce practical tips and knowledge learned during the previous day.

Real exposure therapy takes continuous/regular exposure, and unless you’re very well off financially, it is not viable to take continuous and regular flights!

The good news – exposure therapy does not necessarily mean having to physically take a flight. We will work towards training your physiological response to flying, without you needing to step foot on an actual plane.
